Use Case
This plugin was created because a client that helps people with evictions was taking a lot of timeout of their day to copy the emails that came in and attach it to each record. They wanted a way to view emails specific to the case they were working on. As time went on they added more features, like being able to respond directly from Kintone. They needed the emails to contain the name and signature of the person sending it for legal purpose, and that feature was added.
Another Client needed to store all emails for tracking of legal communications.
